Go easy on Pauline, says Clive

Federal leader of the United Australia Party, Clive Palmer, said we needed to give One Nation leader Pauline Hanson a break.

“She appears to be having a tough time,’’ Mr Palmer said.

“We need to show compassion. From what we see in the media, she appears to be reacting in an aggressive manner when she gets hot under the collar saying nasty things about people when things don’t go her way.

“She has lost two senators from her party and is obviously feeling the strain.

“When she is under pressure from public life she seems to react aggressively with her word choices and statements.

“In these difficult times we need to show her compassion,’’ Mr Palmer said.
