Tim Ryan appointed Shadow Human Services Minister for United Australia Party

Federal Leader of the United Australia Party, Clive Palmer, has announced the appointment of science graduate and pathology lab supervisor Tim Ryan as the party’s Shadow Minister for Human Services.

Mr Ryan is the United Australia Party’s federal candidate for Higgins in Victoria.

He was born in Ballarat and grew up on a small cattle farm in Bungaree before moving to Monash University Residence where he completed a Bachelor of Science majoring in astrophysics.

Mr Ryan currently works in data entry, supervision and offshore training for a clinical lab in Dandenong while completing his second degree – a Bachelor of Information Technology.

He has been a member of the Monash University Radio Station since late 2017, first as the director of programming and currently as secretary.

“My experiences growing up and studying have given me a focus on the environment and science and I want to represent the interests of young people in these aspects, focusing primarily on the energy crisis and climate change,’’ he said.
