The United Australia Party will not support a constitutional change that divides us by race. We are better than this.

The Voice is shrouded in secrecy and is pushed by a government who cannot be trusted. It is divisive, dangerous and will do nothing to improve the lives of indigenous Australians. Once it’s in our constitution there is no going back.

Our position is simple and clear – all Australians are equal, and all Australians deserve an equal voice.
