The United Australia Party has endorsed registered nurse Natalie Failla as its lead candidate for the Western Victoria region in the Legislative Council for the upcoming Victorian election.

Ms Failla is proudly born and bred in Victoria, her grandparents and parents migrating from northern Serbia in the 1970s for a better life.

Ms Failla has a Bachelor Degree in Nursing and Graduate Diploma in Anaesthesia and Recovery Nursing and has worked as registered nurse for 11 years in the public system. A loving single mother to a daughter and son, both pre-schoolers, her focus is spending time with her children, family and friends.

“I’ve created a nurturing home environment where my children and myself aim to stay positive and motivation in all aspects of life. This healthy environment provides a safe space for them to grow up in,’’ she said.
