Thank you for your interest in becoming an endorsed candidate for the United Australia Party. Once the completed form has been received, we will contact you regarding the next stage of the application process. Please note you must be a member of the United Australia Party to nominate. Please ensure you attach the following items with this application:

* A high resolution digital (electronic) photograph of yourself (head & torso, in business wear on a plain background). Please save using the following format. STATE_FIRSTNAME_SURNAME (i.e NSW_Joe_Bloggs)

* Evidence of your application for a federal police check.

* If you are resigning from another political party, please provide us with evidence of this.

* If you have been a dual citizen, please provide evidence of your cancellation of your foreign citizenship status
