Greg Searle

Business owner Greg Searle will contest the seat of Maroochydore for Clive Palmer’s United Australia Party.

A long-time local resident, Greg runs a software development company and has a keen interest in technology and solar energy. He was motivated to enter politics to be a ‘service giver’ rather than a ‘service taker’.

Greg is concerned about foreign ownership of Australian assets and securing a sustainable future for all Australians.

Greg attended university in Adelaide and Canberra and has worked in a variety of fields such as software development, private industry and the public sector.

He is originally from Darwin, where he experienced the devastating impacts of Cyclone Tracy in 1974.
